URF-063是一只身长八万公里，翼展十六万公里，自身表面温度达一万度，核心温度，推测超两千万度，存在于太阳中的巨大类鸟形非自然生命型态，目前处于沉睡状态，存在时间推测十八亿年以上。

并且还未发现URF-063存在意识或思想，组织对；URF-063无收容措施，但在太阳轨道处安放了十二个监测器，对URF-063进行监测，一但URF-063有任何苏醒的迹象，组织将立刻，采取一号方案及，人类种群保留计划，该计化的核心是通过空间传送将人类活性胚胎传送至以确定的宜居地外行星，保留人类火种，随后消灭URF-063，该行动的结果是太阳的快速熄灭于整个太阳系的慢性死亡，人类将失去最初的故乡，但生存永远是第一要求。

组织最早发现URF-063是在2011年的一次太阳活动，原本的正常活动如“太阳风或太阳耀斑”没有出现，出现的是一个巨大的类鸟形生物的翅膀且温度显著高于太阳表层温度，此现象出现了一分十三秒随后消失，其对地球高层大气的电离层，产生了严重的干扰，后续组织通过发射的探测器在太阳中发现了URF-06并取得了初步关件信息及URF-063处于沉睡状态。

只后，组织又发射了十二个监测器对URF-063进行监测，以随时获取URF-O63的相关信息，但因URF-063所处位置的特殊性，组织只有最基础的信息，目前URF-063对组织上有众多的不确定属性
