组织已将URF-061所在区域向外五公里全部封禁，派遣五辆巡逻车二十四小时巡逻；任何进入封禁区的人员、机器，均应进行消除处理。

内容：

URF-061位于东非大裂谷，是一处洞口高3米、宽2米、深度未知的洞穴。经推测，其内部不存在已知的空间属性（如长度、宽度、高度等）

任何进入洞穴的生物，全身器官会发生异位现象——不仅是器官位置的改变，更伴随器官功能的扭曲性置换（例如骨骼代替大脑成为神经中枢、肺部代替心脏成为泵血器官等），且生物意识会完整保留。

根据“□□□博士”的实验结论：两个及以上生物体进入后，身体组织会发生融合，同时伴随器官功能的异常变化，且所有意识独立存续。此外，URF-061的影响范围不仅限于生命，还涵盖有机物与无机物，对进入过URF-061的活体检测后发现，其DNA仍属人类，原因未知。

针对URF-061的特殊性，“□□□博士”推测其可能是“现实错误”或“维度缺口”，目前尚无准确定义。组织与“□□□博士”已准备利用URF-061开展处决其他人形收容物的初次实验，需注意：URF-061造成的异位无法通过URF-013修复。

目前尚未找到切实有效的措施消除URF-061的异常影响，现有收容措施仅能将其隔离，无法限制其异常特性。

发现记录

URF-061最早被发现于1984年7月23日：一支名为“寻求者”的探索队深入东非大裂谷时偶然发现该洞穴，当时队员仅将其视作普通洞穴，计划作为临时据点，为确保安全，队长“罗德·来版克”先将两只猎狗放入洞穴。一小时后，猎狗未返回，也无叫声，罗德·来版克的直觉告诉他应立即离开，但因找不到更合适的据点，他要求队员仅以洞口向内4米范围为据点，严禁深入。

常理而言这一决定明智，但探索队踏入URF-061的瞬间便已无法回头——他们随即失联。一个月后，探索队的尸体被发现，却已完全失去人形，化作由人体组织与杂物构成的异形怪物，从死亡状态判断，队员皆为自杀。事件发生后，组织接管URF-061，交由“□□□博士”开展实验。

9月5日：
“首次活体实验中，活体进入URF-061后，体表组织全部异位：整体呈球形，手脚反向生长于背部，手指分散在身体各处；肺替代心脏成为泵血器官，肝脏替代小肠成为吸收器官，骨骼替代大脑成为中枢神经，大脑替代肺成为输氧器官，头发替代血管……诸多组织异位，但活体意识完全清醒。”

9月10日：
“经五天重复实验确认：任何活体进入URF-061后，身体组织都会彻底异位；将异位活体再次送入洞穴，形态不再变化，且所有活体意识完整清醒。两个及以上活体进入时，会出现身体融合现象，各意识仍独立存在。”

9月15日：
“经五天实验确认，URF-061对无机物同样产生作用：无机物与有机物发生异位融合，生成一种极度怪异的生命形态。”
